We reserve the right to limit the amount of free assessments done in a month, therefore there may be waiting period before callouts can be booked.
Technician to be accompanied by a representative from your company at all times during the time spent on site.
Technician will not fix or work on anything whilst on site unless otherwise arranged. Any work done on site will be billed for and payable (COD) by customer.
Gauteng area only. HSN Solutions reserves the right to include a call out fee if deemed necessary, but this will be conveyed to customer before despatch of technician and payable once on site.
Assessment report is a guideline only for proposed IT environment changes. Customer will make final decision on any and all changes implemented.
HSN Solutions will not act on customer's behalf as a Telkom agent in any circumstance.
Time spent on site will be at the discretion of the technician.
